Kendra’s Bio
Kendra is originally from Philadelphia, PA but has lived in the South for most of her life. Her humble beginnings in Philly combined with the love and support from her tight-knit family has shaped her into the woman she is today. With 2 quarters shy from graduating, Kendra decided to follow in her parents’ footsteps and move to Charlotte, NC in 2011 where she began her career with Carolinas Healthcare System (CHS), now known as Atrium Health as a Financial Counselor. After Kendra received her BS in Accounting in 2012, she transferred to the Finance division of CHS as an Accountant. Thinking long-term, Kendra wanted to ensure she had all the education needed to advance in her career, so she went back to Strayer University and obtained her MBA in Finance in 2014. Kendra currently works full-time for Atrium Health as a Financial Services Manager. With over 10 years of Accounting/Finance experience Kendra has been exposed to numerous areas in the financial spectrum.
Recently, Kendra has developed a newfound passion for everything real estate specifically real estate investing and property management. In 2020, Kendra started Savvy Properties, LLC which aims to provide affordable housing in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
Kendra credits God and being an active member of her church for blessing her with an opportunity to create businesses that will leave a legacy for her family and generations to come. In her spare time Kendra enjoys spending time with her family, creating new memories by traveling across the world, giving back by volunteering in her community, teaching financial literacy to high school students and serving on the board of non-profit businesses.

Originally from Buffalo, Jessica moved to Charlotte NC to pursue a lucrative sales career and to escape the harsh winters of New York. For more than 15 years, she has practiced a consultative approach to skillfully negotiate the best deals for her clients. She started as an account executive for a major telecommunications company after more than 6 years there, she decided to add onto her credentials and obtain her real estate license. While working in real estate, she noticed a need to properly clean and maintain abandoned homes. First Class Property Solutions LLC was created to do just that. Clean up, clean out, and maintain empty properties.
Like most small businesses, Covid-19 caused a reduction in clientele for First Class Property Solutions, and we had to shut our doors. However, when one door shuts another one opens. A good friend, Kendra, approached Jessica about giving entrepreneurship another try. Hesitant at first, she agrees to embark on the journey of creating a notable property management company that serves Charlotte NC and the surrounding areas. Understanding the importance of building relationships, we decided to establish ourselves as one of the best cleaning services for Airbnb’s, construction sites, and small office buildings.
