What type of Management Services do you offer?

At Home Sweet Home Solutions of Charlotte, we understand that no two investors are alike. We offer complete management services, not limited to; tenant placement, repairs and maintenance and rent collections. We also have ad-hoc services that we provide for our more hands-on clients.

What are your fees?

7% - 10% of all monies collected based on the level of services

Application Fee - $225 non-refundable due from the tenant

We offer all tenants a discounted rate for cleaning services because it's our goal to ensure your property is well maintained.

Do I need to purchase supplies?

When you enlist the expertise of our cleaning services, you don’t need to worry about stocking your storage rooms with cleaning equipment and heavy-duty cleaning products. We bring all the major supplies needed to restore your facility to its former germ-free glory.

That said, it never hurts to keep a mop, bucket, and sanitizer around your home or business for those last-minute messes.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

Every great partnership is built on strong communication skills. Prior to our first visit to your facility, we will make sure to inform you of anything you need to know.

Do you conduct background checks on your employees?

When our employees clean for our clients, they are representing us. To ensure they represent us accordingly, we vet and train our employees according to the standards of our industry.

Do I have to be present for house cleaning services?

We strive to meet the needs of our clients. If you would prefer to be present for your house cleaning sessions, we will schedule ourselves at a time that suits you. If you would like our cleaners to carry out their duties in your absence, all you have to do is let us know. We are here to serve you. Let us know what you prefer and we will gladly accommodate your wishes.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Under ordinary circumstances, we may not be able to provide our clients with the same cleaning associate for every single visit. That said, our competent and versatile staff has the skills needed to adapt to new environments without issue.

Many of our employees have been with us for quite some time. Being the seasoned cleaners they are, they have had chances to work in facilities, businesses, and homes of all varieties.
